GIFT BASKETS SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Exact shipping cost will be calculated before you place your order once you enter the recipient's postal code (please do not enter any dashes or spaces when doing do).

1)Ground Shipping delivery time and rates are basked on the shipping address and the size and weight of the parcel. Ground Shipping option is available to anywhere in Canada and in USA.

Ground Shipping Greater Toronto Area(GTA)...................Same business day or next business day

Ground Shipping Ontario.................................................estimate 2 - 4 business days

Ground Shipping Rest of Canada.....................................estimate 3 - 5 business days

Ground Shipping USA.......................................................estimate 3 - 5 business days

2)Express shipping option delivery time is 1 - 2 days. Its rate is based on the recipient's postal code and the size and weight of the parcel. Express shipping option is available to anywhere in Canada and in USA.

REGULAR DELIVERY

Same day delivery to GTA only is available for orders received by 11:00AM

Deliveries will be made between 12:00 noon - 6:30pm

Deliveries to business will made prior to 5pm.



DELIVERY METHODS

Gift baskets delivery GTA can be hand delivered by local courier. The basket is wrapped in cello and adorned with a beautiful handmade bow.

Our other option for delivery is via FedEx or Canada Post. Baskets are also wrapped in cello and adorned with a beautiful bow and boxed.

We can ship to businesses, homes, or P.O. Box address.

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

They have been sent out for delivery or have been shipped,

The purchased items are custom-designed and ready to be delivered,

The delivery has been attempted but not completed due to recipient unavailability,

An order is placed with incorrect information that prevents direct delivery (ie., an erroneous or outdated address).

All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Re-shipping a package will incur new shipping charges plus a handling fee of 15% to cover: gift inspection, replacement of any items, rewrapping and repackaging for shipping. All prices are in USD.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it in its original packaging in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable). If we offer free shipping, then the shipping fee will be deduct from the full amount.
